    Description

    The Business Process Analyst is a key role at Butler Ag, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and improve overall performance. Key responsibilities include documenting processes and procedures, facilitating discussions, and enabling best practices.

    With a strong focus on collaboration and communication, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, as well as experience working with Microsoft 365 tools. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

    • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to obtain shared understanding of business process
    • Create standardized documentation for training and project requirements
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation through regular review and audit processes
