The Program Control lead will coordinate Earned Value activities across the CPT to maximize consistency and implementation of best practices.

Identify and implement key CPT EV metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools drive CPT success

Monthly Engineering Project Information Collection (EPIC) metric collection and analysis
Perform monthly comprehensive Earned Value analysis
Perform monthly comprehensive staffing analysis
Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required, anticipated travel is around 10%

*Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
Active and transferable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. US Citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
