    Description
    Shift Supervisor (FT) - Boelkins Program

    Boelkins Program is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will work in one of our residential homes, collaborating with our experienced care team to implement individual treatment plans for boys and girls aged 10-16 in our program. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, engaging in recreational activities, and creating a nurturing environment for teens in need of a safe haven.

    As a Shift Supervisor, you will also play a key role in providing support to program management by organizing, directing, and supervising the direct care team to ensure consistency and continuity in treatment.

Their experiences have left them with deep emotional scars, making it difficult for them to trust adults and manage their emotions effectively.

    Working Hours: 4 weekdays and every other weekend, rotating between 1st and 2nd shift.
    Qualifications:

    • Minimum age of 20 years
    • High school diploma required
    • Valid driver's license
    • Preference for additional education/certification in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
    • At least 6 months of residential treatment experience
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
    • Willingness to work third shift with advance notice
    • Alignment with the organization's Statement of Faith and mission
