About the Position:
As a Torrid Sales Associate, you play a vital role in establishing the Torrid Connection with every client, making them feel at ease, valued, and self-assured.

Offer a remarkable shopping journey to create positive customer bonds and foster loyalty
Conduct transactions at the register while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product expertise to drive additional sales
Flexible availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Assist in maintaining visual standards on the sales floor
Support in organizing stockroom inventory and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment that entices customers

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus
Capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment while prioritizing exceptional customer service
Passion for fashion and staying informed about the latest trends
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift packages up to 50 pounds, and reach for merchandise using store equipment
