- Manage over 100 properties, including high-profile and international assets.

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP, Tax, and Fair Value accounting standards.
- Collaborate with management, investors, and lenders for reporting requirements.
- Liaise with independent CPA firms for annual audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Prepare annual property and fund level budgets.
- Review and approve property expenses, including real estate taxes and insurance.
- Oversee billing and collection of CAM/Tax reconciliations.
- Manage escalation calculations and lease administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts receivable and payable.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and GAAP, Fair Value, and Tax accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Real Estate Industry Software such as Yardi or MRI.
