    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the team As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform to optimize its functionality for the sales and service processes.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Apex, LWC
    2. Proficiency in managing integrations using Boomi or similar middleware platform
    3. Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Field Service
    4. Hands-on experience with declarative solutions in Salesforce, such as Flows
    5. Hands-on experience with code migration, preferably using a DevOps tool
    6. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including when to configure and when to customize
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
    8. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    9. Ability to work independently and as a team member

    PREFERRED:

    • Previous Salesforce admin experience
    • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Administrator, CPQ Specialist), but hands-on experience is paramount
    • CPQ Specialist certification
    • Professional experience in any of the following areas of Salesforce: CPQ, Pardot, Digital Engagement, CRM Analytics, Maps, Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL/SFS)

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Develop new and customize existing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and other relevant technologies to meet business requirements
    2. Manage integrations with third-party tools, particularly using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
    3. Configure and customize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL / SFS), Pardot/Account Engagement, Maps, and Sales Cloud to optimize performance and user experience
    4. Collaborate with other Salesforce team members and integration partners to ensure an optimal solution is created
    5. Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows
    6. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce solutions
    7. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve system capabilities
    8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
