- Perform assigned and scheduled treatments to all guests per company direction while maintaining WORLD SPA's Standard of Excellence.
- Upkeep and maintain State of the Art Treatment Rooms and Equipment to company standards. Continuously provide outstanding customer service.
- Attend and participate in regular training and development meetings to stay current on the company's treatments and procedures.
- Must be currently licensed to practice Massage Therapy in New York State.
- Must possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
- Must be a team player. Must be energetic, engaging, and eager to work in their craft and perfect their skills.
- Must be courteous and respectful to guests, members, colleagues, and members of the Leadership Team.
- Must be willing and able to perform massages and body treatments per the company's vision, direction, and standards.
- Must possess strong client facing, consultative selling, upselling/upgrading, and cross-promoting skills.

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour, and eligible for commission per treatment performed, as well as gratuities left by clients.
