    Job Description:
    Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology to work in Irving, Texas. As a school professional with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as a School Psychologist.

    Licensed Specialist in School Psychology Contract Details:
    - $39 - $41 an hour
    School Year

    • Bonus: $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC SPSY employee
    • Hours per week: Fulltime. 37.5 hours/week.
    • Start Date: August 2024
    • End Date: May 2025 with opportunity to extend
    • Location: In-Person
    • Details: Licensed Specialists in School Psychology for the remainder of the
    • Looking for LSSPs that are fully inperson or hybrid.
    • They will need to be willing to carry a traditional load: test & write, attend ARDs as needed, provide counseling / psych services for their assigned caseload.
    • Provide counseling and support to students
    • Assess the emotional and behavioral needs of students
    • Work with students to better improve social and communication skills

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
    • Active TX LSSP License
    • American Heart Association BLS
    • At least one year of school experience
