Matik is on a growth trajectory and as a result we are looking for a Third Shift Production Support Technician to support one of our customers, a United States government agency.

The Position:

In this role you will work in support of a United States government agency to provide mechanical, electric, and electronic production support for Lamination machines, as well as providing exceptional customer support during the third shift at the customer's site in Stennis, Mississippi.

About You:

• At least 5 years of mechanical & electric/electronic service experience. Printing, packaging, or lamination machinery experience is a plus
  
• Experience working at customer sites
  
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and electric drawings
  
• A strong customer-centric focus and the ability to instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment using clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing
  
• Ability to handle high pressure situations with ease and diplomacy
