    We are conducting a search for one of our clients, for a Financial Controller. The Controller will efficiently process all accounts payable & receivable tasks, including invoice processing, verification, reconciliation, systems integrations and expense monitoring for tax purposes.

    Controller

    The Accounting Manager oversees all accounting functions and guides accounting staff. Responsibilities include day-to-day accounting tasks such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparing financial statements and sales reports for executive review.
    • Coordinate annual external financial audits, manage PBC listing, and implement audit recommendations.
    • File tax reports, including property tax and sales and use tax.
    • Prepare and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets for multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Purchasing.
    • Manage Accounts Payable, including processing weekly check runs, reconciling company credit card statements, reconciling AP subledger to GL, and calculating sales commissions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
    • Must have knowledge of quickbooks.
    • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, including understanding of financial audit processes and requirements.
    • Experience with all accounting cycles (AR, AP, GL, inventory costing) and sales and use tax compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of income tax compliance is a plus.
