Job Title: Warehouse Operator 1/ Material Handler

Location: Four Oaks, NC

Pay Rate: $15.50/ hr on W2 No Benefits

Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

Weekend Shift (Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 5:30am to 3:30pm)

Job Description:

Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.

Perform cycle counts, recounts, item stock, and other duties within the department.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Cycle count bulk and pick aisles to assist with KDG objectives.

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner to support operations.

• Maintain the integrity of the company's inventory accounting system and ensure accuracy of all paperwork related to the inventory flow.

• Verify proper item/lot/quantity counts, as necessary.

• Ensures all distribution related documentation is maintained in an orderly and accessible manner per our quality procedures.

• Participate in receipt audits/reconciliations.

• Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

• Experience with MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Material Handling, etc.), preferred.

• Obtain and maintain equipment certification requirements, required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

• Ability to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner.

• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.

• General distribution knowledge.
