Petersburg, FLFinTrust Connect, a trusted partner of a well-established financial institution, is in the search of an Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in shaping and executing a sophisticated AI strategy, leveraging the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to transform insurance processes.

Petersburg, FLRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or MathematicsMinimum 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning technology, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects, preferably in the insurance industry.

Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including machine learning models such as neural networks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Exceptional leadership and project management skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex, technology-driven projects.
Strategic mindset, adept at balancing innovative tech solutions with practical business needs.

Description:

Strategize and implement an AI vision, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience through advanced AI and machine learning models.

Lead initiatives involving AI technologies like neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and deep learning algorithms.

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras into existing systems, ensuring smooth operational transition.

Utilize machine learning models, including decision trees, SVMs (Support Vector Machines), and reinforcement learning, to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Foster an environment of innovation, focusing on cutting-edge AI research and development to stay ahead in the insurance industry.
