Location: Canton or Macomb Area, Illinois (Must Live in/near Canton or Macomb)
Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped quarterly bonuses (based on individual goals & metrics like client satisfaction, retention, and growth—realistic total earnings often exceed base with strong performance)

What You'll Do (A Typical Week Might Include...)
- Be the primary, go-to contact and "voice" for your assigned local clients—building strong rapport through daily communication and advocacy.
- Meet regularly (virtual and on-site) to discuss their business priorities, challenges, and wins, then create tailored IT strategies that support their success.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to celebrate progress, identify new needs, and keep services aligned.
- Work hand-in-hand with our technical team (Sales Engineers and experts) for any deeper tech questions—we handle the heavy lifting so you focus on relationships.
- Present simple, accurate quotes/recommendations for hardware, software, security, cloud, etc., with full team support.
- Visit clients in-person periodically to strengthen ties and spot opportunities firsthand.
- Network at local events, Chamber meetings, and community spots to grow connections.
- Track everything in our CRM to stay proactive and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless support and improve how we serve clients.
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years in account management, client/relationship management, sales, or customer service (IT/MSP experience a bonus, but not required).
- Basic comfort with technology (e.g., you understand hardware lifecycles, cloud basics, or cybersecurity at a high level—we'll train you on the rest).
- Strong desire to help local small businesses succeed and grow.
- Excellent communication, positive attitude, and organization—you follow through reliably.
- Proactive and eager to learn/innovate once up to speed.
- CRM experience (HaloPSA, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
- Must live in or very near Canton/Macomb (local travel to clients required; valid driver's license assumed).
- No deep technical expertise needed—we provide training, resources, and backup from our tech team.
