Position Specific Description
Join our dynamic and immersive Business Rotation Program designed to cultivate future leaders and provide a comprehensive understanding of our organization. This program offers talented individuals the unique opportunity to gain exposure across various departments and functions, accelerating your professional growth and development. As a Business Rotation Program Participant, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our company while expanding your skill set, network, and business acumen.

Job Overview
Employees in this role rotate through various departments with the intent of filling a full-time position within a 12 to 18 month timeframe. This position will learn the various aspects of the NextEra's business functions, which consist of Business Management, Development, Finance or Commodities and Retail Markets. Individuals may be required to travel throughout the service territory, which may require both field and office type work environments.
