    The Ideal Candidate for the Entry Level Marketing Assistant Position:

    • Wants to shadow all operations and duties of a trainer/leader or manager in the office.
    • Offers creative ideas and design promotions to offer new specials to customers.
    • Someone who is goal-oriented and can contribute goals to better the company's operations.
    • Someone with integrity while handling personal customer information.
    • Can demonstrate organizational skills and understand the knots and bolts of the daily marketing process.

    Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

    • Conduct all marketing using the face-to-face approach with the customers provided by the client.
    • Participate in weekly conference calls with other Marketing Associates in different markets to gather new ideas for the team.
    • Track daily office and personal goals and revenue.
    • Understand daily goals for the team and offer tips, tricks, and coaching guides if available.
    • Get familiar with personal duties given by upper-level management to contribute to the team effort.

    Skills Desired:

    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
    • Excellent Interpersonal, Research, and Time Management Skills.
    • Experience in coaching or training.
    • Leadership Experience.
