    Fitness Specialist - Studio Golf

    Job Description:

    Studio Golf El Paso is looking for an energetic, motivated, team player to gear up and grow our golf fitness department. Studio Golf is a high-end full service indoor golf club where health and fitness play a big role in the experience and growth of our members and customers.

    Required:

    • 2-5 Year minimum personal training experience.
    • Nationally accredited Training Certification
    • Exceptional communication and personal skills.
    • Highly motivated to learn and grow their knowledge base and skillset.
    • Thrives in a team environment.

    Suggested but not Required:

    • TPI Fitness 1,2,3
    • Currently use or are familiar with the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • We are looking for a full time Golf/Functional Fitness Specialist to grow the fitness department at Studio Golf alongside our National Director of Golf Fitness Don Saladino. We have a 1k sq foot flushed out facility with everything you would need to train the beginner to the tour professional.
    • Golf Fitness Specialist will be responsible for creating and conducting programming for private, semi-private, and group training sessions.
    • Golf Fitness Specialist will work in unison and in a team environment with our GM and Golf Instructors to help provide a holistic approach to our members development.
    • Maintain an exceptionally clean and visually appealing training area.

    Compensation:

    • $50k-$100k/yr.
    • Base Salary plus additional commission per training session.
