Summary The Cash Receipts Technician will be responsible for the accurate and efficient recording of foreign and domestic funds to support companywide cash posting.

Reconciling accounts to ensure complete and accurate payment applications supporting a wide variety of business units.

Responds to and supports internal and external requests from various partners throughout the business to ensure complete and accurate payment applications.

Key Responsibilities + Maintains accurate payment posting to customer and G/L accounts, supporting all of the company's business units.

+ Requiring extreme attention to detail, cashes and posts a variety of incoming domestic and global payments via live check, ACH/WIRE, and lockbox payments.

+ Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. + Sorts, files, and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent information to internal departments when necessary or as requested.

+ Responds to inquiries and works with a variety of internal accounting and credit departments to ensure the accurate posting of funds.

+ Responds to requests and questions based on the analysis and interpretation of posted payments on account. Typical Education Bachelors degree preferred Relevant Experience 1+ years related experience and/or training Required Certifications Other Information + SAP experience preferred + Excel experience a plus + Perform routine mathematical calculations + Able to accurately complete high volume of work within specified time frames + Able to meet daily deadlines to meet internal/external service level agreements + Able to operate general business machines such as computer, and similar office equipment efficiently and accurately + Must be punctual and have regular attendance + Works a hybrid schedule (3 days every 3 weeks in the office; all other days remote) Job Requisition
