Job summary
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is passionate about people and their pets. As a leader in our neighborhood store team you will provide exceptional service at every opportunity during your workday.You will assist neighbors in choosing pet products, greet regular customers by name,
and show them how to test water quality for their fish tanks while setting an example for other team members delivering fantastic neighborly service.
This role includes partnering with store team leaders to learn daily management routines,
providing leadership coverage when needed,
safeguarding operational policies procedures including cleanliness animal care safety security standards.
- Involvement in team member development.
- Action as store leader when they're not acting manager-on-duty or learning operational tasks.
