    Cajero de Restaurante

    Resumen del Puesto:

    Buscamos un cajero de restaurante altamente motivado y bilingüe con excelente presentación y habilidades comunicativas. Este individuo desempeñará un papel clave en proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional, manejando transacciones con precisión y representando la marca de nuestro restaurante de manera positiva.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Atender a los clientes con cortesía y amabilidad en ambos idiomas (español e inglés).
    • Procesar transacciones de manera precisa y eficiente utilizando el sistema de punto de venta.
    • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del menú y ofrecer recomendaciones a los clientes.
    • Manejar consultas y resolver problemas relacionados con el servicio al cliente de manera efectiva.
    • Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar un servicio fluido y eficiente.
    • Mantener el área de caja limpia y organizada.
    • Cumplir con los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

    Requisitos:

    • Fluidez en español e inglés (hablado y escrito).
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y facilidad de palabra.
    • Experiencia previa como cajero o en servicio al cliente es preferida.
    • Buena presentación y actitud profesional.
    • Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la satisfacción del mismo.

    Horario:

    10:00 am - 3:00 pm

    Compensación:

    Pago por hora: $14

    Restaurant Cashier

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual restaurant cashier with excellent presentation and communication skills. This individual will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and positively representing our restaurant brand.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve customers with courtesy and kindness in both languages (Spanish and English).
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations to customers.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve customer service-related issues effectively.
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
    • Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
    • Excellent communication skills and ease of expression.
    • Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
    • Good presentation and professional attitude.
    • Customer orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.

    Schedule:

    10:00 am - 3:00 pm

    Compensation:

    Hourly wage: $14
