    Description

    RecruitWell is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Endocrinology NP/PA to join our team in Century City and Panorama City, California. As a valued member of our group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting.

    Clinical Role

    • Target Start Date: March 1, 2025
    • Work Schedule: 5 days per week on site for full-time
    • High Volume Practice with varying census/patient volume, potentially up to 20 patients per day

    Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of post-training experience and be comfortable working independently. You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of two providers (1 MD and 1 PA) and will contribute to the success of our organization by demonstrating a proactive go-getter mentality.

    Practice Details

    • Outpatient setting with emphasis on endocrinology care
    • Board certification required

    We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

    • Salary based on experience, ranging from $140,000 to $180,000
    • Relocation assistance up to $5,000
    • Full benefits package, including 401(k)
