    Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Full Time)

    Purpose:

    Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish? As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing administrative support and facilitating communication between our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients and team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
    • Serve as a liaison between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients and team members, facilitating effective communication and ensuring clarity and understanding.
    • Assist with translation and interpretation tasks as needed in both written and verbal communications.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
    • Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as assigned.
    • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.

    Recruitment Duties:

    • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
    • Maintain recruitment databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
    • Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
