Description

• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation
  
• Responsible for First Article Inspection process
  
• Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
  
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
  
• FDA-STD requirements is a plus
  
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes and optical test equipment
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Computer literate
  
• Organizational skills and attention details
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  
• Responsible for PCBA inspection of through-hole parts
  
• Responsible for FA inspection process
  
• Responsible for scanning into the DGS system
  

• High School Education or equivalent
  
• Ability to read and understand work instructions
  
• Basic writing and math skills
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to identify components
  
• Ability to interpret quality control specifications
  
• Minimum two years experience in SMT and through-hole printed circuit boards
  
• Experience in contract manufacturing
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Computer literate

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
