- Supervise Therapists: Provide guidance and supervision to therapists in the field, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct Initial Assessments: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs.
- Collaborate with Fellow BCBAs: Work closely with other BCBAs on a daily basis to develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
- Provide ABA Therapy: Deliver ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism, implementing evidence-based strategies to promote skill development and behavior reduction.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.
- Guide and Support Families: Empower and educate families by providing guidance on implementing behavior management strategies at home and in the community.
