Housing Specialist
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, that's expanding its team.
Maintains accurate, compliant client files within housing management software, including eligibility determinations, verifications, and documentation
Manages and updates site-based waiting lists, ensuring proper archiving and timely scheduling of applicant appointments
Documents detailed and accurate client status notes within the system
Collects and verifies required documentation related to household composition, income, and eligibility
Conducts background screenings and completes necessary third-party verifications
Interviews applicants to assess and confirm eligibility for housing programs
Ensures timely and precise data entry to support accurate recordkeeping and reporting
Calculates rent using system-based income entries and explains determinations to applicants
Prepares documentation and supporting materials for eligibility hearings
Represents the organization in hearings as needed, demonstrating professionalism and procedural knowledge
