Description
As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice of Wound CareReports to:

Minimum Education
Graduate of a Program in Discipline (LPN) - RequiredDrag Edit Delete
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.

Certifications:
BLS certification from approved American Heart Association training center required to be current upon hire.

Licenses:
State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required.
Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref:
Chapter LPN Scope of Practice) - Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
1 year nursing experience in Medical/Surgical, Homecare or Wound care - Preferred
