    This is an ONSITE role based out of our office in Miami, FL. This is not be a remote or hybrid position.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are in search of a Creative Director to join our marketing team and enhance our Creative capabilities and team members. The creative team at Loud And Live possesses a wide array of creative skill sets to aid in the development of content for our Entertainment and Agency divisions. Team members are dispersed between our Miami office and remote offices in the US and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with and supporting remote teams.

    ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Lead and motivate a team of designers, video editors, and other creatives to create innovative cross-platform (print, digital, social media, etc.) marketing campaigns for our Entertainment Events and Brand Client programs.
    • Work closely with account managers and strategists to grasp event/client requirements and translate them into concise creative direction and messaging.
    • Offer clear creative guidance to the team to ensure that creative outputs align with the strategy and client expectations.
    • Define best practices by platform (e.g. OOH, Broadcast, Digital, Social) and ensure high-quality creative output that meets deadlines and surpasses client expectations.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, utilizing insights across relevant projects.
    • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and transparent communication.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years of relevant experience in creative management and direction, preferably overseeing both design and copy in the past
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high-pressure demands
    • Exceptional time-management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Experience in guiding and mentoring team members
    • Familiarity with post-production elements and quality control
    • Understanding of legal, guild, and network clearance processes
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, keen attention to detail, and organizational skills
    • Passionate about advertising, music, trends, and social media
    • Bi-lingual proficiency preferred, with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
