Requirements
- Bilingual - English/Spanish or English/Creole
- Education: High school diploma or GED; culinary degree or certification is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in kitchen management, preferably in a casual or beachside dining environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
