    Compensation Package:

    • $13.00 per hour plus an average of $3.88 per hour in tips (based on 2023 data)

    Summary

    As a Restaurant Shift Leader at MOD, you have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills. Your main responsibility is to oversee store operations during scheduled shifts and embody the values of MOD in every interaction. Setting the team up for success is key, guiding and inspiring them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

    • Maintain a high-energy environment and create a positive atmosphere for the team and customers
    • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met, address concerns promptly
    • Handle cash accurately during the shift
    • Manage inventory, conduct coaching as required, and address any equipment issues
    • Prioritize the growth and well-being of the team

    Minimum Requirements

    • 6 months in a high-performing role showcasing coaching and multitasking skills
    • At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Prior experience in coaching and inspiring others
    • Proficiency in following processes and standards
    • Customer service skills and ability to stay composed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven success in on-the-job training in a dynamic environment
    • Previous experience as a shift lead in a retail setting

    Physical Requirements

    As part of our team, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, performing various physical tasks. Communication in English is vital for seamless interaction with team members and others.

    Working Conditions

    • High noise levels due to operational activities
    • Varied indoor or outdoor work settings with different weather conditions
    • Flexible schedule including evenings and holidays
    • Exposure to moving machinery and refrigeration units
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to fifty pounds
