• Ability to independently manage multiple cross functional projects, collaborate with globally diverse Stakeholders, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.
• Proven experience in driving change management, program management, and delivering key results.
• Comfortable developing technical strategies to address the needs of very diverse set of customers. Respond promptly to customer needs respond to requests for service and assistance meet commitments.
• Experience interfacing with executives interfacing with multiple oversight organizations and collaborating across organizations to achieve goals and objectives.
• Ability to influence thinking or gain alignment of others in sensitive situations listens and gets clarification responds well to questions and constructive feedback.
• Detailed knowledge of technical and business concepts in a number of related applications arears.
• Write clearly and informatively and tailors' messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Materials Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business systems and data handling including 5 years as a lead role developing and implementation of MDG strategy processes and procedures with proven Results.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Experience directly managing a team Preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated environment or life sciences. Highly preferred.
• Experience Managing projects and working with Vendor consultants and budgets.
• Financial Experience in managing capital budgets for projects.
