    Description


    As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and supporting various enterprise systems and business applications utilized by business stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, HR and Clinical Affairs. This includes supporting new system implementations and supporting exiting systems.

    Responsibilities
    • In support of new system implementations or support of existing enterprise systems and other business applications, lead the requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and cutover planning and execution.
    • Administer system security, configurations, data maintenance, software updates and integrations with other systems.
    • Maintain relationships with other IT resources, business resources and external resources.
    • Perform system analysis to troubleshoot and resolve system defects/issues in support of users at all levels within the company.
    • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as the primary contact to report issues, solicit support, provide feedback, and maintain system hygiene.
    • Assess solutions, system configurations and enhancements for technical and business suitability.
    • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures to sustain knowledge sharing, admin/user training, and operational support.
    • Translate business and functional requirements into actionable technical design specifications and system configurations.
    • Contribute to end-to-end systems implementation planning including estimation, project management, issue management, communication, and change management.
    • Track and monitor service requests, support incidents, enhancements, and project tasks in appropriate systems (e.g., JIRA).
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise systems and business applications.
    • Experience supporting business stakeholders and end users in delivery of IT projects and system support.
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
    • Experience in technical design & solutioning, testing & quality assurance, system administration & maintenance, and end user support.
    • Strong team player that can collaborate with technical and non-technical resources to achieve desired outcomes.
    Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
