    About This Role:



    The Cognitive and Neurobiological Approaches to Plasticity Center (CNAP) within the Department of Psychological Sciences is seeking applicants for a Research Associate. This is a research position in the Cognitive Neuroscience (CN) Core. The person who is hired to position will have the responsibility to plan and conduct experiments under the supervision of the CN Core Director and CN Core PIs. Specifically, they will help design, prepare, and complete research studies involving electroencephalography (EEG) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Other duties will include daily management of CN core: maintaining laboratory equipment, IRB protocols and ethical compliance, tracking participant payments, and replenishing consumable supplies. They will also assist with facility development for expansion and partnerships with other technologies (e.g., structural and functional MRI).

    What You'll Need to Succeed:



    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Requires a master's degree and two years of relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Two or more years working experience with electroencephalography and/or transcranial magnetic stimulation

    Other Requirements:

    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
