    Description
    This PM will be overseeing the technicians in the field for the entire Geotechnical department meeting HVJ performance expectations.

    HVJ is a leading specialty engineering firm in Texas- the team is looking for an individual to support client satisfaction through preparation of quality reports that address the specific project requirements within the project schedule, budget and design constraints.

    Must Haves:

    • Masters or bachelors in Engineering with 3 7 years of experience
    • Registered EIT or GIT
    • Experience in AutoCAD and GIS/Database knowledge
    • Soil condition experience is a Plus*
    • Troubleshooting test equipment
    • Working weekends/overnight

    Day to Day Responsibilities:

    • Field work that including marking borings and logging with a drill rig.
    • Coordination between lab and field assignments
    • Engineering analyses for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, settlement
    • Drafting Geotech reports for PM's
