Job Title:
Occupational Therapist


Duties & Responsibilities:
Occupational Therapist sought for 13 week assignment with the potential to extend at acute rehabilitation inpatient facility. Schedule would be 5x9 day shifts M-F, with one weekend per month and one holiday. Comp days will be given for weekend rotation.

Minimum Requirements:
IL OT license or willingness to obtain via reciprocity, inpatient rehab experience a plus but not required
