    Description


    Summary:
    Represents JAC Management Group in a front line capacity working with the public. Uniform supplied. Employee takes responsibility. Handles and resolves guest problems, complaints, and concerns. Assist in relocating guests with seating problems as directed by the Usher Supervisors and the Ticket Office Manager.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    • Assist guests by directing them to their correct section, row and seat.
    • Assist guests with seating problems and issue relocates.
    • Provide the public with directions and information regarding upcoming events and services offered.
    • Tag and record lost and found items.
    • Address guest concerns and work with the difficult customer.

    Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have advance interpersonal communication and problem solving skills. MUST possess dedication to providing the highest level of customer service to our guests. Must be positive and friendly demeanor.

    Language Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

    Physical Demands Physical strength required performing assigned tasks. Also must be able to climb up and down stairs.

    Work Demands

    Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work part time on a regular basis. Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions without becoming flustered. Ability to listen to and understand guest concerns and make sound decisions.
