Summary:
Represents JAC Management Group in a front line capacity working with the public. Uniform supplied. Employee takes responsibility. Handles and resolves guest problems, complaints, and concerns. Assist in relocating guests with seating problems as directed by the Usher Supervisors and the Ticket Office Manager.

Language Skills Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Physical Demands Physical strength required performing assigned tasks. Also must be able to climb up and down stairs.
Work Demands
Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work part time on a regular basis. Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions without becoming flustered. Ability to listen to and understand guest concerns and make sound decisions.
