    Description

    Summary:
    Provide overall on-site operational management on construction project sites.
    Supervise the field staff to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representative, subcontractors, and Tellepsen's project management team.
    Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, and material control.

    Plan and supervise the Superintendent staff on the project and all field activities including determining the method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.

    Participate in the approval of all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, field design change request, etc.
    Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. as required.
    Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.
    Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
    Document all violations, notify appropriate personnel, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.

    Other Requirements:
    Knowledge of quality
    Must be very cognitive of safety in order to help maintain Tellepsen's exemplary safety record
    Completion of OSHA 30
    Work related experience equal to that of a bachelor's degree
    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of e-mail usage (i.e., MS Outlook)
