    Responsibilities
    Responsible for air permitting, emissions inventories, federal and state recordkeeping and
    reporting, managing emissions testing, and interacting with regulatory agency personnel. Will
    support all air quality and compliance efforts of Howard Energy Partners and its respective
    subsidiaries. Will be subject-matter expert and advisor on all air quality compliance efforts. Provide
    guidance on statutory/regulatory interpretation and program implementation and assist in the
    creation and execution of educational and training efforts. Will assist in the development,
    implementation and maintenance of policies, programs, processes, systems, and tools related to
    air quality and compliance. Will participate in project planning and management, including risk
    analysis and modeling as well as alternatives analysis exercises. May be required to travel to field
    locations to provide air compliance support on short notice. Will conduct internal compliance
    assessments and conduct gap analysis of HEP air quality programs and systems. Will conduct
    both voluntary and mandatory GHG requirements, recordkeeping, data gathering, and reporting.
    Qualifications

    Education Required:
    Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or related or foreign equivalent

    Experience Required: 2 years experience in air quality consulting and/or air quality inspection experience. 2 years' experience (inclusive) working with US federal regulatory air regulations and permitting processes (e.g. NSPS JJJJ, NSPS OOOO(a), NESHAP ZZZZ, NESHAP HH, Subchapter W).

    Special Requirements:
    Travel Required: 45% domestic and 5% international travel to field locations in USA and Mexico
