Responsibilities
- Create implement case plans children families supervise progress
- Work families strengthen unit keep safe
- Provide coordinate services families ensure access service providers
- Foster care visits visiting children foster care facilities once every month day liPrepare written reports leadership teams topics client safety wellbeing Data collection gathering statistical data client information goal achievement Problem solving serving first line defense problem solving de-escalation crisis situations Staff supervision supervising assigned staff permanency workers specialists.
