Key Responsibilities:
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate office staff, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain a cohesive and efficient team comprising dental assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
- **Administrative Oversight:** Manage day-to-day operations, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
- **Financial Management:** Oversee billing processes, verify insurance coverage, handle financial transactions, and optimize office expenses for profitability.
- **Patient Care Coordination:** Coordinate patient scheduling, manage appointment reminders, and address patient inquiries promptly to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management:** Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure adequate stock of dental supplies and equipment.
- **Quality Assurance:** Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold clinical standards, collaborate with clinical staff, and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dental office management (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.

Responsibilities:
The Dental Office Manager is responsible for:

- Supporting new patient growth through sales, marketing, and promotional programs.

- Completing administrative tasks accurately and timely.
- Maintaining patient data, managing payment and insurance processes, and ensuring facility cleanliness and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Building a positive work environment with all stakeholders.
- Performing other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Management/supervisory experience in a dental office (3-4 years preferred).
- Experience in a dental or medical office.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is required.
