- Work collaboratively with our Engineering and Operations teams to handle various maintenance tasks in and around our building
- Perform a variety of janitorial, minor electrical/HVAC, lawn mowing, snow removal, and other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A valid driver's license with good driving record
- A flexible schedule around your other priorities
