Our agricultural client is searching for a Social Media Customer Service Representative to join their team In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service while handling inquiries, concerns, and other issues via phone and email. Responsibilities:

• Answer questions and concerns
• Assist with and resolve customer inquiries
• Develop standard solutions to maintain consistent service
• Ensure accurate customer assistance online
• Document customer interactions
• Promote the company while interacting with customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service/call center
• Solid computer skills
• Effective verbal and written communication

Work Model:

• On-Site
• 40 hours/week
• Monday - Sunday
• 8-hour shift between 12:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Weekend shifts rotate monthly
