- Computer systems in a multi-processing multi-platform-computing environment.
- Batch production processing and ensure online availability schedules are met.
- Critical processing issues as appropriate and produce required logs, records, and reports.
- Developing and maintaining disaster recovery procedures.
- Auditing controls, procedures, and processes are followed completely and accurately.
- Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining clearance.
- MVS, JES2, TSO/ISPF, TMS, and JCL.
- Data center operations.
- Working knowledge of Windows computer systems and PC file structure.
- Support experience (Word, Excel, GroupWise-email).
- Knowledge of automated scheduling packages like Automic/One Automation (preferred) or ESP, CA7.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (9 am to 9 pm): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

Theoris Services is seeking a skilled Computer Operator Tech. This role involves operating computer systems, ensuring production processing schedules are met, maintaining online availability of SLAs, performing data processing operations, and executing backup procedures to mitigate data loss risks. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining computer equipment and inventory, organizing repairs, logging issues in Service Now, and collaborating with developers, DBAs, and systems staff to resolve issues.
