    Job Description

    DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY

    Schedule: Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

    Compensation: $16.25 per hour

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    • Re-boxing and relabeling outgoing and returned packages for shipping
    • Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing items
    • Maintain cleanliness in the work area
    • Assemble parts to meet product standards
    • Package finished products for storage and delivery
    • Monitor assembly systems for quality control
    • Record scrap materials hourly
    • Apply labels correctly and ensure lot control numbers are accurate
    • Review quality alerts daily
    • Report discrepancies to Supervisor
    • Communicate production and quality concerns with team members
    • Participate in problem-solving activities within the team
    • Follow safety procedures diligently
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to perform manual tasks in a manufacturing environment
    • Willingness to learn to use measuring tools
    • Comfortable working in a semi-controlled temperature environment
    • Proficient in English
    • Compliance with safety and work regulations
    • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
    • Strong work ethic and good teamwork skills
