    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and computer networking. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and systems.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
    • Install and configure computer systems
    • Troubleshoot network and system issues
    • Set up accounts and workstations
    • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
    • Assist with onboarding of new users
    • Manage help desk tickets and provide timely resolution

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like LAN, VPN, and computer networking
    • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
    • Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
    • Previous experience in desktop support or help desk roles
