- Manage SNOW ticketing queue, create/resolve help desk tickets.
- Front-Line IT support at Service Station, addressing break/fix issues.
- Support conference rooms (Zoom) and user cubicles, manage IT service requests.
- Handle new hire tasks, provision systems, and set up new hires.
- Assist in selecting suitable software and hardware to meet user requirements.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware failures, including identifying network problems related to personal computers.
- Perform regular maintenance on PC equipment, scan computers for viruses, and maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
- Assist with PC system relocations and coordinate with other local Technology department members for product installation, training, and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes regarding product installation, training, and support.
- Proficient in WIN 7/10, macOS 12+, Office 365 troubleshooting.
- Video conference room troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- IT COMPTIA certifications (2+ years preferred).
