About Your Day-to-Day:
You'll spend most of your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying candidates, and building relationships
Provide outstanding customer service as the main point of contact for all your workers' needs and concerns
We're a team environment, so you'll work cross-functionally with all departments, including payroll, compliance and human resources
Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values


About You:
A background in recruiting for Industrial or Marine Staffing, sales, retail, customer services, call center
Goal oriented
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
Flexible schedule and ready to work typical hours as needed
Outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
Computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
