Responsibilities:

• Data entry and database management
• Processing inbound orders
• Communicating with customers and team members with information regarding orders
• Managing documentation
• Assisting with customer service and sales teams when needed
  

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a data entry or customer service role
• Experience in MS Office, experience in Salesforce or JD Edwards is a plus
