- Assists the Horticulturist with all levels of garden maintenance.
- Assists the Horticulturist in maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the seasonal color gardens, includes, but is not limited to weeding, deadheading, pruning, cultivating, and mulching.
- Performs all levels of basic grounds maintenance including but not limited to litter removal, stick removal, bed edging, mowing, backpack blowing and weeding.
- Hand waters plant material as directed.
- Ability to safely and responsively operate and maintain landscape equipment including but not limited to mowers, backpack blowers, edger's, gas powered shears, string trimmers, and utility carts.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Performs related landscape work as directed.
- Hours of operation are 7-3:30 weekly, with weekend work periodically.
- Must be responsible, willing to work and be on time.
