• Loadrunner or New Relic monitoring toolProficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk & PostmanProvides automation expertise, training and coaching to team membersKeep current with advances in automation methodologies and toolsExperience with Jenkins or other continuous integration softwareAdvocate the use of the automation infrastructure with development teamsExperience with performance testing and analysis using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunnerAbility to assess functional and technical gaps in designsSupport continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolutionAbility to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple prioritiesDesign and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirementsFamiliarity with performance monitoring and profiling toolsExperience in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing system performanceUnderstanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologiesExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
