- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate:$20-$25/hr
- Operations role
- Assist in admin functions which include, but not limited to: data entry, updating excel spreadsheets for orders, billing, using their web based service portal
- Training offered for use of their internal program called "movers suite"
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and work in a fast paced team environment
- Must be able to handle paperwork and be accurate and thorough
- Must be able to take on additional duties, as assigned, as time permits
- Cross training duties as directed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information and/or financial information
- Temp to hire position based on performance (convert to permanent employee once General Manager feels they are ready to move into a permanent role)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
