- Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance the companys network and telephony infrastructure.
- Responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of the security toolset.
- Responsible for design, procurement, and operations of the companys WAN circuits, video circuits and telephony trunks.
- Develop and maintain the security program and security projects that address identified risks and business security requirements
- Lead the PCI Compliance and Audit support program
- Manage network and security engineers by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- A bachelors degree with 4 years of related experience, or relevant work experience and certifications.
- Minimum 3 Years in leading a technology network or security team
- Proven network expertise with Cisco Nexus gear for organizations with a large LAN/WAN presence
- Proven firewall expertise, preferably Checkpoint or Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with Load Balancing, preferably NetScaler, but not required.
- Experience in retail industry legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, including requirements for Payment Card Industry (PCI)
- Industry certifications in information security, project management and technology auditing including, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CISA, GIAC GSEC, and/or comparable qualifications
- Experience with Stellar Cyber XDR, Cyflare, Sentinel One is preferred.
- Experience with Avaya, Lumen telephony solutions preferred.
- Experience in the negotiation and procurement of IT services and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Able to conduct research into system issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
